Scripture lays out the definition of right and wrong in laws, cases, and jurisdictions. You would think this would be authoritative enough for Christians to believe and act in terms of it.
But wizards are always ready to test that belief. They will challenge the authority of Biblical law citing philosophy or history or some reasoning. They will work from some alien assumptions while pretending to be purely Bible believers. They will mock, deride, belittle, and shame believers into disregarding Biblical law. They will sic their minions and trolls on you to harass you and bite at your ankles. They will resort to predictions of doom, threats of social ostracization, financial ruin, deplatforming, and whatever fear and trauma inducing threats and lies they think might work. in order to drive you from obedience to or even consideration of Biblical law.
So we must continually repair to Scripture, to foundational presuppositions, in order to order our lives, form marriages, grow our families, teach our children, and build the kingdom. We must study Biblical law and live in terms of it. We must never acquiesce a single law nor allow any foreign law to be added to the body of Scripture. Then, having done all we must stand.
What we must not do is operate in terms of lawless presuppositions while we try to convince the wizards and the spell bound of the truth. We must not allow ourselves to succumb to the spells, the fear, and the trauma, to the offers of peace in exchange for compromise.
Rather we must see the wizard for what he is, a pathetic little man hiding behind a curtain and ignore him. We must mock their projections, smoke, and mirrors and have a good laugh and then get back to work and life in terms of the word of life.
